1. Introduction

By using Bricks Mastery, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms of Service

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Bricks Mastery platform.

3. Access to Bricks Mastery Content with Termination Rights

Bricks Mastery is a platform for learning the Bricks visual site builder for WordPress, designed for creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. You can buy individual courses, or purchase a one-time all-access pass that unlocks the entire course library. Both are one-time payments that grant you lifetime access to the content you purchase, including the updates we make to it. The all-access pass is offered in a limited number of seats, and its price may increase as seats are sold.

We continue to add and update lessons and resources over the life of the platform. However, Bricks Mastery retains the right to revoke access where necessary to protect our content and our platform, for example in cases of fraud, chargebacks, shared accounts, or other misuse.

By enrolling in Bricks Mastery, you gain access to the content you have purchased while acknowledging the platform's right to manage access as described above.

4. Refunds

Because our courses and the all-access pass are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the course details before buying, and to contact us with any questions beforehand.

5. Disclaimer

Bricks Mastery does not guarantee that its courses will meet your needs or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts), where exclusion is permitted by law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights under Pakistani law.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Bricks Mastery provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the quality or suitability of its courses. The platform shall not be liable for any representation (unless fraudulent), implied warranty, condition, or any duty at common law for any loss of profit or indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

Bricks Mastery will not be held liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control. If liability is determined, it is limited to the amount paid by you for accessing the courses. Users release Bricks Mastery from obligations exceeding this amount.

7. Responsibilities

Bricks Mastery is not responsible for user-generated content and how it is used.

8. Price Adjustments

As Bricks Mastery evolves and expands its offerings, prices may increase. The all-access pass in particular is sold in a limited number of seats at a price that rises as seats sell, so the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Buying earlier secures the current price before potential increases.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Bricks Mastery through your use of the platform. You agree not to present yourself as a Bricks Mastery representative. The platform is not liable for any acts or omissions by you.
